PRIVACY policy
Plain-language summary. We collect only what you type into our forms and a minimal count of page visits. Essential cookies only by default; optional analytics only if you accept them. No advertising trackers, ever. We never sell your information. Seller inquiries are treated as confidential and seen by a small deal team. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
01. What we collect
When you submit an inquiry form on this site, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — agency name, phone number, town and state, agency size, timeline, and any message you write. We also record basic technical information needed to run the site securely: the page paths visited and the network address of a request, which we use for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not collect information from children, and this site is not directed at them.
02. Cookies
By default this site sets essential cookies only — the minimum required for the site to function, such as remembering your cookie choice itself.
Optional analytics, which help us understand which pages are useful, run only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Declining changes nothing about how the site works for you.
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party ad networks, and we have no plans to add them.
03. How we use information
We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you wish, to continue that conversation. Seller inquiries are treated as confidential business information — they are accessible to a small deal team, are not shared outside the company, and are never used for marketing lists.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers or advertisers — not for any purpose, not at any price.
04. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are relevant to an active or plausible conversation, and we periodically delete records that no longer are. Technical logs are kept briefly for security purposes and then discarded.
05. Your choices
You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us through our contact page and a principal will handle the request within one business day.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including rights of access, correction, and deletion. We honor reasonable requests of this kind from anyone, resident of any state, without requiring you to cite a statute.
06. Security
Inquiry data is stored on infrastructure we control, with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the confidentiality of seller conversations as a core business obligation, not a compliance checkbox.
07. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
Questions about this policy go through our contact page and are answered by a principal.
